14-day return window

POLICY

Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size? Email hello@karmacollective.shop with your order number and we'll set it up.

FINAL SALE

Limited drops, accessories, and any item marked Final Sale are non-returnable.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid return label (US orders).
  3. Drop it off — refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt.
